-Upgrade ITV facilities from H.320/321 to H.323
-Replace such facilities with mobile ITV
-Add new mobile and fixed room ITV facilities
-Join KCTCS to CenterNET2 video conferencing network

-Bridging and Scheduling services paid by KCTCS Central Office
- Colleges pay for upgrades or new facilities
          -Upgrades at $193.32 per month for 60 months
          -Mobile units at $193.32 per month for 60 months
